Break Time

  • Lunch break: Every student shall carry their lunch in their school bags. There shall not be a separate lunch bag for them. The school bag is already a burden on child. A separate lunch bag will be an added burden on them. Children are advised to bring only mixed rice or bread (curry or any kind of liquid like curd, milk are strictly prohibited in the school). They can carry a small water bottle with them.
  • Tea break for LPD section and Namaz Break for senior wing: The student of LPD section can carry biscuit (without cream) or fruits. Chips, chocolate, chewing gum and juices are not allowed.

School Uniform

Boys

Normal Dress: Blue check half sleeve shirt, Navy blue half paint (Nur. To 5th) and trousers (6th to 10th), blue socks with sky blue lining and Black shoes with laces.

PT Dress:White half pants (Nur. to 5th) and trousers (6th to 10th) and white half sleeve shirt, white socks with sky blue lining and white canvas shoes.

Girls

Normal Dress: Blue check half sleeve shirt and navy blue skirt (Nur. to 1st). White shirt, White shalwar or Sutna and blue check tunic (2nd to 10th) blue socks with sky blue lining and Black ‘Ballet’ shoes.

PT Dress:White half sleeve shirt and white skirt (Nur. To 1st). White shirt and shalwar or sutna and white tunic (2nd to 10th) white socks with sky blue lining and white canvas shoes.

General Dress: Plain knit, high neck woolen pullovers of blue colour for all. Navy blue blazers for all. Paint and shirt for all upto 1st standard. For rest the same as in summer.

Head Dress:White hair bands(Nur. To 1st ) and blue scarves on blue uniform and white scarves on white uniforms for girls and woolen blue colour caps for boys(in winter).


Note: P.T dress has to be worn on every Wednesday & Saturday. Tie and school belt is an essential part of the student’s uniform. Whereas, Nursery students are exempted to wear both the ties and belts whereas the students will not be required to wear tie while wearing high necks during winter.

Transport

School buses are available to take students to and from school. Transport fee is to be charged for both the ways. The buses pick up or drop students only at the stop fixed by the school. In case a student who wants to discontinue the school transport, he \ she will have to give one month’s notice or shall have to one month’s charge in lieu thereof.

Rules regarding school transport:

  • All the buses charges must be paid in advance by the 10th of every month for which payment is due.
  • Transport charges are to be paid for only 10 months in one academic year.
  • Bus fee once paid will not be refunded on any account.
  • One month’s notice will be required to discontinue the bus facility. Bus charges are subject to revision by the Managing Committee.
  • If a child doesn’t maintain discipline while traveling in the bus his\her name will be struck off from the bus users register under intimation to the parents concerned and fee already paid shall be forfeited and the students is liable to be dismissed from the school.
  • Children, who are not in prescribed school uniform, will not be lifted by the bus staff.
  • Complaints, if any, regarding bus staff should be made in writing to the Transport In-charge.
  • If a parent wants to take his child with him during school hours due to some unavoidable emergency must inform the concerned bus staff or the bus in charge about it.
  • If for any reason whatsoever, the school decides to cancel or change any route of any school bus, the parents shall have no objection to it and will make their own arrangement about conveyance for their children.
  • School is not responsible for any happenings while coming to school and going back to their respective destination.

School Library

The school library is open to all bonafide students of the school. All classes are provided with at least one library period per week.
Students have to observe the following rules:

  • Each student of classes 6th to 10th is issued borrowers tickets. These are non-transferable
  • Students are allowed to borrow books only on their own cards.
  • They must maintain absolute silence in the library.
  • Books other than reference books are issued for one week. If the books are returned late without valid reason, the borrowing facility is withdrawn for 4 weeks.
  • Books marked, disfigured or damaged will have to be replaced or paid for by the borrower.
  • Any child found damaging or defacing a book will be debarred from using the library for the whole academic year.

Parent Teacher Meetings

In order to establish a meaningful relationship between the school and the parents, meetings are held every unit and term test (5 times in a year) to discuss the progress of each students and assess the qualitative values in suggestive way. Both the parents must attend the Parent – Teachers meeting.
