Ten Commandments of DMPS
Faith:
There is no God but Allah and Prophet Mohammad(pbuh) is His messenger.
Worship:
God is the personification of existence, intelligence and bliss. He is formless, omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent, just, merciful, unborn, endless, unchangeable, beginning less, unequaled. The support of all, the master of all, imminent, unageing, immortal, fearless, eternal, holy and the maker of all. He alone is worth of being worshiped.
His words:
The quran is the scriptures of true knowledge. It is the first duty of every DMPS members to read it, teach it, recite it and hear it being read.
Truth:
One should always be ready to accept truth and give up untruth.
Righteousness:
One should do everything according to the dictates of The Holy Quran.
Benevolence:
Doing good to the whole world is the primary objectives of DMPS i.e. to promote its physical, spiritual and social welfare.
Love and Justice:
Let our dealing with all be regulated by love and justice in accordance with the dictates of The Quran.
Nescience and Science:
We should dispel nescience and ignorance and promote science, spiritual and physical.
Individualism and Altruism:
One should not be content with one’s welfare alone, but should look for one’s own welfare in the welfare of all.
Subordination and Liberty:
All men should subordinate themselves to the laws of society calculated to promote the well being of all; they should be free in regard to the laws promoting individuals well being.

Guidelines
Guidelines for Students
All students must possess school diary, text books, note books, stationary etc. according to need and instruction.
Students are advised not to bring valuable articles to the school. The school will not be responsible for the loss of such articles.
School bus users must strictly observe the rules of the school transport.
Application for leave must be submitted at least a day in advance. It should be countersigned by the parent \ guardian.
Students must come in school uniform.
The school dress should be clean, neat and tidy.
Students must obey House Captains and other students on duty.
Students are not allowed to leave the school during working hours unless the parents \ guardians whose signature are on the admission form and the school diary come in person.
School identity cards must be with the students on all working days.
Students must be regular in attendance
Any damage caused to the school property by the student will have to be borne the student’s parents \ guardians.
The school reserves the right to take stern action against the students who are found to be guilty of misconduct. This may amount to even striking their names off the rolls.
Leave Rules
75% attendance is must for promotion to the next higher class.
Absence without leave is seriously viewed and in case of six consecutive days of the absence the name of the pupil shall be struck off the rolls. He would be readmitted after he has paid all the dues with fresh admission fee, and that too at the discretion of the principal.
No students who has been absent on the previous day will be admitted to the class until the parents fill up the “Record for Non-Attendance” for each day the student has remained absent from school stating the reasons for absence.
Absence for more than three days immediately after a vacation would attract strict disciplinary action. After six days the name of the students will be struck off the rolls.
Absence because of sickness must be supported with a medical certificate.
In no case half day leave will be granted.
Promotion Rules
While awarding promotion to higher classes following weight age will be given to different assessment Unit Test 30% marks, Terminal Test 30% and Final Test 40% marks, Total 100 marks.
For promotion the students is required to secure 33% in each subject and 40% in aggregate.
Class attendance of 75% is a must for promotion.
There will be no re-examination in the event of ABSENCE on account of any reason including MEDICAL.
Parents will be kept regularly informed of their wards’ academic progress & participation in co-curricular activities through the progress report card.
Withdrawls
Withdrawals from any class must be preceded by a month’s notice in writing or one month’s fee in lieu of the notice.
All dues will have to be cleared before a Transfer Certificate is issued.
Transfer certificate will be issued after one week of receipt of the application.
The amount of security money deposited at the time of admission should be claimed within six months from the date of leaving the school, otherwise it will stand forfeited.
School authorities may ask, without prior notice to the parents, to withdraw the child from school on any of these grounds:
(a) Academics: Constant neglect of studies or those who fail in the same class for two consecutive sessions.
(b) Disciplinary: Those students whose conduct, in the opinion of the Principal, is harmful to the interest of the school.
(c) Those whose fees are arrear for more than two consecutive months.
Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for a long period renders a student liable to have his\her name struck off the rolls. Admission may be granted only on payment of fresh admission fee.
Do's For Guardians
Use the school diary as a means of communication with the class teacher and check the diary for Home Work and the teacher’s remark, if any.
Sign the test copies\papers as and when sent home.
See that your ward has all the text books, items of stationary, craft materials etc. right in the beginning of the session.
Ensure that all the books and note books are covered with brown paper and labeled properly.
Ensure that your ward comes to school in proper uniform with polished shoes, trimmed hair and clean nails.
Send the children regularly and punctually to school. No absence will be permitted without a leave application and late comers will not be allowed to sit in the class.
Ensure the regularity of payment of school fees.
Intimate the school in case of change in address and telephone number etc.
Dont's For Guardians
Do not send the child to the school in case of an infectious disease, and a medical certificate should be furnished from a medical authority at the time of rejoining the school after illness.
Do not walk into the class room or meet teacher in the classroom. Please see the teacher with prior appointment through Principal.
Do not visit the teachers at their residence.
Do not send fast food items (chips, chocolates, Burger, Pastry etc.).
Do not send money or valuable articles with students. The school takes no responsibility for the same.
Instructions for the payment of fees
The monthly tuition fee and bus fee should be paid up to 10th of the next month e.g fee of January month must be paid before 10th of February.
A late fine of Rs. 100 will be charged per month after the last date. The late fees will get doubled for second month, tripled for 3rd month and so on.
In the event of non-payment of tuition fee for three months students name will be automatically struck off the rolls. Students whose name have been struck off for non-payment of fees will be re-admitted only after paying re-admission fee of Rs. 500/- provided there is a vacancy in the class.
During winter vacation the office remains open from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm from 1st to 10th of every month.
An enhancement of 10% will be made every year in tuition fee, transport fee and annual fee.
